Deep mastermind breakout sessions with high-performing entrepreneurs who typically get paid thousands per hour for consulting — clarity and downloads in the heart of the wild.

The rhythm
Programmed around the environment. Ambition in the morning. Stillness at dusk. Every day earns its own weight.
A group video call 30 days out: meet the men heading into the Alaska frontier with you, get every logistical detail dialed in, and set your intentions for the trip. You're added to the cohort's private WhatsApp group, so the connection starts long before you land in Juneau.
Fly into Juneau at your convenience — accommodations covered for the night. Group check-in at 3 PM followed by a casual welcome dinner as the cohort meets and the noise of the outside world starts to drop away.

Breakfast, then board the Alaska State Ferry for a four-hour scenic passage up the Lynn Canal. Arrive in Haines around midday, transfer to the Chilkat Inlet Retreat Center, and settle in with lunch and a grounding session as you acclimate to the wilderness.

Morning centering practice, then the first deep mastermind hotseats. Weather-dependent adventures — hiking the Chilkat Mountains, kayaking the inlet, wildlife watching, or trophy salmon fishing. Three chef-prepared meals and an evening fire gathering for reflection and bonding.

Another day of hotseats and adventure — river rafting, wild foraging, a cultural experience with the Tlingit people, or more time on the water. The breakthroughs keep landing and the brotherhood only deepens around the evening fire.

A morning grounding session, then set off on a two-night backpacking expedition into remote Alaska wilderness. Hike through forest and alpine terrain to camp, meals provided, and gather around the fire under the stars.

A second full day deep in the backcountry — hiking through old-growth forest and alpine meadows, leaning into the physical and mental challenge, then camping under the stars with group reflection. Fully unplugged, fully present.

Break camp and take a scenic flight back to Juneau. Fly home that evening or extend a day or two to explore Juneau. You leave a different entrepreneur than the one who flew in — and the brotherhood continues in the Happy Hustle Club private chat, for life.

A follow-up call 30 days later to make sure you actually accomplish the number-one personal action you committed to in the wilderness — backed by real $1,000 accountability. If you don't hit the goal you set for yourself, you forfeit the $1,000 to the pot, which gets split among the men who did do what they said they would.
