The rhythm

5 days. One arc.

Programmed around the environment. Ambition in the morning. Stillness at dusk. Every day earns its own weight.

  1. 30 days before

    Pre-Trip Group Call

A group video call 30 days out: meet the men heading to the mountain with you, get every logistical detail dialed in, and set your intentions for the trip. You're added to the cohort's private WhatsApp group, so the connection starts long before you land in Bozeman.

  2. Wednesday

    Arrival

Fly into Bozeman Int'l before 3pm MT. Airport pickup, then drive to the 86-acre ranch lodge near the mountain. Check in, welcome remarks, improv ice breakers, and a delicious dinner prepared by our private chefs.

    Arrival
  3. Thursday

    First tracks

Wake up to coffee and morning flow/stretching, then a buffet breakfast before we hit Bridger Bowl to shred fresh pow. Après and the first fireside mastermind hotseats back at the lodge.

  4. Friday

    Shred & mastermind

  5. Saturday

    Adventure day

Choose your own: ice fishing, hiking, the precision rifle range, or more turns. Mindfulness and biohacking workouts woven throughout. Campfire and connection to close the day.

    Adventure day
  6. Sunday

    Departure

Morning flow, breakfast, and goodbyes. Airport drop-off. The community continues via the Happy Hustle Club private chat for life.

    Departure
  7. 30 days after

    Post-Trip Check-In Call

A follow-up call 30 days later to make sure you actually accomplish the number-one personal action you committed to on the mountain — backed by real $1,000 accountability. If you don't hit the goal you set for yourself, you forfeit the $1,000 to the pot, which gets split among the men who did do what they said they would.

The research

Three days in nature changes your brain.

David Strayer, a cognitive psychologist at the University of Utah, coined the term The 3-Day Effect — measurable reductions in prefrontal cortex activity after 72 hours unplugged in nature. We give you four nights and five days in the mountains.
